SBI(State Bank of India) is recruiting sportspersons in the post of officer and clerical staff. Total 68 vacancies are there for the posting of sports persons in SBI. Interested candidates can apply for the post of officer and clerical from 24th of July 2024 in SBI official website upto the last date for application submission which is 14th August 2024.

How to apply for SBI officers and clerical staff posts?
1.Candidate need to go to the SBI officials website homepage. Then understand the career section there will be recruitment notification for sportspersons inside which there will be an apply online link. click that.
2.Candidates first need to register themselves in the SBI official website and pay the application fees.
3.After this candidates need to upload their scanned photo and signature of specific size specified in SBI notification.
4.Then candidates need to fill the application form by providing his/her personal details and sport achievement.
5. Then candidates can preview their application form and click the Submit button their application form will be submitted .
6.Candidate are advised to take print out of the application form after submitting the application.
Eligibility criteria for SBI officer and clerical staff
1.Candidate age for applying to the post of officer should be between 21 to 30 years. Candidates' age for applying to the post of clerical should be between 20 to 28 years.
2.Candidate applying for the post of officer and clerical staff need to have a graduation degree from a government recognized university or institution.
3. Candidates applying for the post of officer should have represented the country in an international tournament during the last three years. Candidates applying for clerical staff state in national event / district in state event / university in university games.
Application fees
Candidates belonging to UR/EWS/OBC categories need to pay application fees of rupees 750. Candidates belonging to other categories are exempted from paying any fees.
Selection process
Candidates need to submit their highest achievement in sports for the selection process.
Selection will be done by a committee constituted by SBI. Candidates will be shortlisted based on eligibility criteria and shortlisted candidates will be called for the assessment test. Assessment test will consist of three sections. First assessment of recognized sport achievement, second general intelligence /knowledge of game, third activeness and physical test.
For checking game knowledge, trails of the sport can be conducted by the bank. After the assessment test final merit list will be published.
