Sail(Steel authority of India limited ) invites candidates for the post of management trainee in different plants. Interested candidates can apply for management trainee(Technical) posts in various engineering disciplines on the sail official website. Application form closing date is 25 July 2024.

How to apply for Sail MTT?
1.Go to sail official website career page.
2.Click on login. If you are already registered then login by providing registration Id and password. If you are not registered then click on new user and complete the one time registration process and after registering login again using generated registration Id and password.
3.Complete the application form submission by providing various details and documents which are asked. Make the fees payment via online method or through challengers.
4.After your payment is successful your application form will show a complete message. After this download the application form having registration ID.
5.Don’t forget to download the system generated provisional registration slip.
6. If you submit an application form with some wrong information you can correct it at a later stage. Your application will get rejected.
Eligibility criteria for Sail MTT?
1.Candidate should be gate 2024 qualified in this paper- Chemical, civil, electrical, mechanical , electronic, instrumental, metallurgy and computer.
2. Candidate should be a citizen of India only.
3.Candidate age should be between 18 to 28 years. Age relaxation will be provided to the reserve category as per the government rules.
4.Candidate should have 65% marks in engineering degree course . SC/ST/PWBD need just 55% marks in engineering degree.
Application Fees for Sail MTT?
Candidates belonging to General /OBC/EWS category need to pay application fees of Rs.700. Candidates belonging to other categories then mentioned above need to pay application fees of Rs. 200.
Selection process for Sail MTT?
Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of their gate performance. Selected candidates will be called for Group discussion and interview. Marking scheme will be divided in this ratio 75:10:15 where 75 % gate mark, 10 % group discussion, 15% interview.
Salary structure
Management trainees in the sail will get a basic pay of 50000 -160000 for the training period of one year. After successful completion of training candidates will be designated as assistant manager in different plants with scale of pay 60000-180000. If a candidate in gate 2024 has applied for more than one paper then his application will be rejected automatically as per the sail recruitment process.
