How to apply for the post of Chief archivist in RBI?
1.Candidates applying for the post must submit their application form by hand delivery /courier / post to the general manager of RBI services board ,3rd floor, RBI building.
2.Candidate also needs to email a copy of application with supporting documents to Documentrbis@gmail.com.
3.Candidate need to paste appropriate photos in the application and also need to sign the application.
4. Document such as age certificate(10th mark sheet or other valid), experience certificate, PWBD certificate(if PWBD candidate is applying ) need to be submitted along with application.
5.Cover of the application should be super scribed by the post name applied for.
Eligibility criteria
1.Candidate should be a citizen of India.
2.Candidate age should be less than 45 years. PWBD candidates will get an age relaxation of 10 years.
3.Candidate should have a PG in Modern Indian history /social science from a government recognized university or institution and PG diploma/diploma/bachelor in archive management or record management.
4.Candidate should have a work experience of minimum 15 as an archival professional in central /state government /corporate or bank archives.
Application fees
Candidates applying for the post of archivist Grade D should not pay any application fee according to RBI official notification.
Selection process
Selection will be done by screening of applications by RBI officials. After that documents verification will be there. After documents verification selected candidates will be called for an interview. Selection of Number of application will depend on RBI officials and their decision will be final.
Salary
Candidates selected for the post of Chief archivist will get basic pay of 1,10,050 rupees with other allowance. After receiving all allowance candidates will get a salary of 2,39,000 rupees.
