3.After this, candidates need to fill the application form with their personal and educational details. 

4. Candidates need to upload scanned documents which are asked. 

5.After this Candidates need to pay the application fee if they belong to UR/EWS/OBC categories. After fee payment is successful. A form successfully submitted message will be shown to the candidates.



Post Wise eligibility

For Refineries Division 

1.Junior Engineering Assistant-IV(production) 

Education - 3 year diploma in chemical engineering /chemical technology / refineries or production or 3 year BSC in math, chemistry, physics with 50% mark in aggregate from a government recognized university or institution. 

Work experience - one year work experience in operation and pump house, fire heater, distillation column, compressor, reactor in petroleum refineries/ chemical / gas/ petrochemical industry. 

2.Junior Engineering Assistant-IV(P & U) 

Education -3 year diploma in mechanical or electrical or electronic or matriculation with 2 year Iti in fitter or 3 year BSC in math, chemistry, physics with 50% mark in aggregate from a government recognized university or institution. 

 Work experience - No further work experience required. 

3.Junior Engineering Assistant-IV(O & M) 

 Education -3 year diploma in electrical or electronic engineering with 50% mark in aggregate from a government recognized university or institution. 

 Work experience -one year work experience in operation and maintenance of power generation and distribution substation, transformers and etc of petroleum refineries/ chemical / gas/ petrochemical industry. 

 4.Junior Engineering Assistant-IV(Electrical) 

Education - 3 year diploma in electrical or electronic engineering with 50% mark in aggregate from a government recognized university or institution .

Work experience -one year work experience in operation and maintenance of power generation and distribution substation, transformers and etc of petroleum refineries/ chemical / gas/ petrochemical industry. 

 5.Junior Engineering Assistant-IV(Mechanical) 

Education -3 year diploma in mechanical engineering or matriculation with 2 year Iti in fitter with 50% mark in aggregate from a government recognized university or institution. 

 Work experience -one year work experience in maintaining rotary equipment like gas turbine ,boiler, compressor, valve,pump, bearing, bearing seal, safety Valve and etc in petroleum refineries/ chemical / gas/ petrochemical industry. 

 6.Junior Engineering Assistant-IV(Instrument)

 Education -3 year diploma in instrumentation engineering /instrumentation and electronic engineering / Applied electronics and instrumentation with 50% mark in aggregate from a government recognized university or institution. 

 Work experience -one year work experience in maintenance of modern Instrumentation control systems like DCS, PLS with electronic field instrumentation like control valve, positioner , loop configuration etc in petroleum refineries/ chemical / gas/ petrochemical industry. 

 7.Junior Quality Control Analyst-IV 

Education -3 year BSC in mathematics , chemistry, industrial chemistry, physics with 50% mark in aggregate from a government recognized university or institution. 

 Work experience -one year work experience in handling instruments like HPLC,XRF,GC,WDXRF etc in petroleum refineries/ chemical / gas/ petrochemical industry. 

 8.Junior Engineering Assistant -IV(Fire and Safety) 

Education -Matric plus sub-officer course from NFSC with 50% mark in aggregate from a government recognized university or institution. 

 Work experience -one year work experience in fire and safety setup in petroleum refineries/ chemical / gas/ petrochemical industry. 

 For Pipeline Division 

1. Engineering Assistant (Electrical) Grade-IV 

Education-3 year diploma in electrical engineering or electric and electronic engineering from a government recognized university or institution. 

Work experience - No work experience is required. 

2. Engineering Assistant (Mechanical ) Grade-IV 

Education-3 year diploma in mechanical engineering or Automobile engineering from a government recognized university or institution. 

Work experience -No work experience is required. 

3. Engineering Assistant (T & I) Grade-IV Education-3 year diploma in electronics and communication / Electronics and telecommunications / Electronics / instrumentation engineering from a government recognized university or institution. 

Work experience -No work experience is required.

 4. Technical Attendant Grade-I 

Education-matric with Iti /3 year diploma in various engineering from a government recognized university or institution. 

Work experience - No work experience is required.

 Age limit for the general category is between 18 to 26 years. Age relaxation will be provided to reserved categories according to government rules.



Application fees

Candidates belonging to General /EWS/OBC categories need to pay application fees of rupees 300. Candidates belonging to other categories are exempted from paying any fee.



Selection process

Selection process will consist of a computer based test followed by a skill test and at last a medical fitness test will be there. Computer test will consist of 100 MCQ questions out of which 75 will be related to the subject and 15 will be of numerical ability and 10 will be of General awareness.
